Working with so many different people, I have sometimes come across people who are ‘OKAY’ with making errors in the execution of their responsibility either on the job or in business. They will very comfortably say to their boss or their client ‘So sorry we didn’t manage to do it as planned.’ or ‘it’s done but so sorry it was not done in the agreed time period.’ The problem with this kind of ethic is that you build a reputation as one who is not excellent, efficient and effective whether as an employee or service provider and sooner or later, people will not want to work with you on future projects and assignments.
