“Never panic because panic results always have side effects.”

“I WORK BEST UNDER PRESSURE” is a common phraseology. As a matter of fact, some people believe that a pressure situation brings out their best performance and while that may be true, working with a plan is always better than working under pressure.

Understand that working under pressure can cause you to waste, mis-apply or mismanage resources, because while you respond to pressure, it’s easy to lose sight of the bigger picture.

Actually, responding to pressure just reveals a lack of proper prior planning. You cannot be doing damage control all the time. May I therefore suggest that you must guard against doing things, under durance!

When I was younger, I used to get annoyed when I take an issue that was pressuring me to an adult who would respond with calm and collected response to solve my issue.

Now I realize that maturity demands a clear head and temperate emotions even in the face of complex trouble. So you must always work a plan. Even when there is pressure, make a clear, calm and well thought out plan to sort out the pressure.

Never panic because panic results always have side effects. Something suffers when you panic. Also realize that people who panic make themselves vulnerable. You can be easily taken advantage of when you panic. So in your relationships, studies, on the job and in any sphere of life, never allow anything or anyone to put you under pressure. When things go wrong, always stay calm.
