What most people perceive to be hard work is not really hard work. You see, getting tired does not mean you are a hard worker. Spending a lot of hours doing something does not necessarily mean you are working hard and sweating the most also does not mean you are a hard worker. Before I make my point today, let me first define what work is. You see, work is about expending energy in order to increase your value and get a desired result. Work means getting the job done. It means getting results, scoring achievements and meeting your goals. Now going by the definitions above, if you really work hard, you will definitely become very successful.

Today I want you to learn the art of hard work addiction. Note — For our discussion today, let’s look at addiction as something that is delightful. So what is hard work addiction about? It’s learning to enjoy getting the job done or getting results consistently without stressing. Its developing a culture of working as a lifestyle, where your work stops to feel like work and it becomes part of what you do and who you are. Let me give myself as an example: I personally work between 18hrs to 20hrs straight everyday getting things done and getting results. How do I manage this? Simple. My hobbies are about getting a result or a job done. I enjoy making money as a lifestyle. E.g. I just don’t have mere lunch. I have working lunches. I have…
