LEARN TO PROFIT FROM YOUR REGRETS

Every one of us have memories of regret. However, most of us prefer to ignore, bury or forget those memories because they are painful, embarrassing or even shameful. But have you ever thought that memories of regret do carry some value?

You see friends, it does not matter how painful, how wrong or how embarrassing something was. You must use the remembrance of that issue to figure out what went wrong, so that it does not repeat itself. That’s how you profit.

So please stop blocking, ignoring or burying that memory of something you regret. Instead, start to courageously analyze what occurred in order to glean lessons that will Inform your future. Realize friends, that people who learn from their memories of regret are very wise and progressive. These kind of people know how to secure their future success because they don’t fear to learn from their past mistakes, failures and many other regrets.

Note friends that If you are a kind of person who tends to repeat the same mistakes, then I assure you that your problem is linked to the fact that you don’t know how to profit from your regrets. Your ignoring and avoiding memories of regret is not helping you at all. Remember that It’s not just about what went well. Check what went wrong also and draw lessons accordingly even if it’s painful, embarrassing or even shameful.

So in conclusion: What do you regret? Profit from it! Use those memories of regret as vital information that will inform how you will proceed into your future.
