“Today we have so many people with untapped potential which has caused them pain and leads many of them into a life of frustration.”

Every one of us has God given potential. We all have a sense of that rich deposit of possibilities that is inert and latent in each of us. However, the greatest challenge with potential is how to develop it and express it in a way that makes it profitable.

Today we have so many people with untapped potential which has caused them pain and leads many of them into a life of frustration. In turn, people distract themselves with illicit and destructive behaviors as a way of escaping the pain and frustration of unfulfilled potential. (Note that illicit behaviors normally are indicative of failure to breakthrough in the area of potential.)

So yes potential is hard to develop but we owe it to ourselves to work it out. If you have potential in business, work it out and don’t hide in a job.

If you are a career person, work it out and don’t hide in business. If you are really talented and gifted, work it out and make money with your talent or gift. As you do all of this, remember not to chase money at the expense of fulfillment. Otherwise you will remain frustrated and in pain.
