YOUR NATURE NEEDS TO BE NURTURED

Psychology shows that any child who has not had proper nurturing in their childhood will have a very troubled adulthood. So it is with your potential and talent. You will be amazed how many problems you face that are as a result of the fact that your nature (talent, potential, and greatness) have not been nurtured. Friends, being groomed and being developed may sound optional in hearing, but it’s mandatory for a successful life.
A lot of great people die with untapped and underdeveloped potential because they simply could not submit themselves to a development process that is required in order to bring the best out of them. Note also that being groomed and being developed is not a ‘Do it yourself’ process. You need someone to develop you. Joshua had a Moses and Timothy had a Paul. Friends, anybody struggling to develop their potential is struggling from one of the three reasons: Either they think they can do it themselves, or they are too proud to submit themselves to a process, or they have not found someone who cares enough to groom them. So if you are talented, if you have potential, or if you have a seed of greatness in you, then make sure your nature is nurtured otherwise you will just not actualize.
